The Jolly Journal: April Edition

The old commercial centre is poised for demolition.
After more than 30 years serving the community, today marks the final day of the Commercial Centre, as businesses transition to their new temporary location in the Commercial Village while the existing centre is prepared for demolition and redevelopment. We thank our tenants and the community for their support throughout this transition and encourage everyone to continue supporting these valued Jolly Harbour businesses in their new location.
Know what the catalyst was to the creation of Sysco Pharmacy? Or what happened to Paradise Boat Sales’ very first two vessels? Our latest newsletter aims the spotlight on some of Jolly Harbour’s longest-standing businesses. We also catch up with the winners of the Athletic Club’s six-week Fitness Challenge – and ask for your help in officially documenting our community’s rich past.
